Firstly, Maison Dragon Rouge is a great place to stay, rural yet less than a mile from the supermarkets. Secondly, the Holts are extremely helpful and where on hand for advise when you needed it. Young Jack was very entertaining also. We look forward to returning in a few months.

After looking at Holt Immo website on and off for about three years, we finally met Zoe and Paul (and family!) a couple of weeks ago. We walked into the office and were whisked off a couple of hours later by Zoe to look at houses. The next day Paul drove us around to look at three properties, and we even did a return visit the next day, which ran well into the lunch hour - a sacred time for anyone living in France. I liked the way we were driven around with lots of information, local knowledge and advice, and good humour, also when we arrived at the properties, we were left to wander around with no pressure on time. Having said that since we came home, we've decided to rent long-term to make sure we're really sure of the location we want to be in (main priority near commerces if possible), but will certainly be happy to be in touch with Holt Immo again. On the website, I would like more photos where there isn't a video, but love the video idea as it really brings the houses to life. So, all in all it was disappointing for us not to find our dream home (a tall order in just a few days) but really very useful and we will definitely be back in touch with Zoe and Paul again.

We found our visit very useful. Thank you for showing us a variety of properties Paul. It made us seriously consider the costs and time involved in renovating cheaper properties. There are obviously bargains to be had butwe need to consider our options. The appartment at Dragon Rouge was great! Thanks for lending us the bikes and we'll be in touch again if we decide to go buy in the area.

Give praise where praise is due. This certainly relates to Paul & Zoe.
My husband and I have sold two properties and purchased another via Zoe & Paul.
Both our properties were sold within weeks. The purchase of the house we now live in was completed in two months.
Nothing is too much trouble for the Holt's, they are only too pleased to be of assistance in any way they can.
We can highly recommend Holt Immobilier who's services are second to none.

Despite the weather I saw a lot of different properties all of which relevant to what I was looking for. I am grateful for the business advice that Mr Holt lent too. The snow was as bad as I can remember, but this didn't stop the Holts from succeeding in their work. Wonderful hospitality at the Maison Dragon Rouge also. Thanks - I'll be back;

Have just used Zoe to sell a property in France and have to give her great praise. I stayed in the UK while she did all the hard work and we stayed in touch via the net after an initial visit to show her the property. The whole process was handled with great efficiency and speed, I'd hardly finished an e-mail before I received a response, and I really felt that I didn't have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend Holt Immobilier to anyone thinking of buying or selling in France - you'll be in very safe hands. They really do do what they say on their web site.

My wife and I are considering moving to the Creuse in a couple of years time. We contacted Zoe and Paul and talked about our future housing options. Although our property search is at a very early stage, nothing was too much trouble for them. Paul spent half a day with us taking us around various properties in the area so that we could see what is available in our price range. Thanks to them, we now have a much better idea of the kind of property we will eventually look for.

Visited earlier this year, the Holts made light of what was I'm sure very hard work. Providing a superb flat for us to stay, then spending the best part of three days showing us a great selection of houses. Couldn't decide, so we are definately coming back. I am a regular to this site, it's high in my Favorites!!

Integrity, humor, good advice. That's what Paul and Zoe Holt are about.
We closed a good deal on a beautiful farmhouse in the Creuse and I can honestly say that it would never have happened if Zoe & Paul weren't there.
